SX1K Blow Moulding Machine

For large containers

The SIAPI SX1K has been specifically designed for the reliable, high‑precision production of large PET containers from 5L to 30L, using a two‑stage stretch‑blow moulding process. The system allows fast changeovers from one container type to another by simply replacing the mould, adjusting the blow rods, and recalling the dedicated production recipe—without any further mechanical adjustments. This ensures consistent quality, repeatability, and minimal downtime.
